住宿須知
- 請致電民宿詢問入住日期的房價。
- 訂房皆需支付訂金，支付訂金後才會保留房間。
- 入住時間: 下午15:00-18:00。如未能在18:00以前入住請主動致電通知我們，以便我們為您保留房間。
- 退房時間: 隔日11:00點前。
- 入住時請出示有效證件，並繳交住宿費。
- 綠大地沒有額外收取服務費，請體諒我們沒有提供24小時管家服務。
- 室內全面禁菸 (包括廁所，陽台) 也禁止攜帶寵物入住。
- 我們無法招待12歲以下小孩 (空間無防撞設施)。
- 響應環保-我們不提供一次性盥洗用品 (如:牙刷、牙膏)。但有提供沐浴和洗髮乳。
- 請依房型人數入住，如需加人請事先告知。
- 取消規定：
- 如住宿當日遇颱風或地震不可抗拒之天候因素（請依當地縣政府頒布之狀況為主），扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退訂金或保留訂金六個月。
- 不可以天候不佳或其他地區颱風為由要求延期或取消。
- 住宿前14日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退回訂金。
- 住宿前10日-13日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退回70%訂金。
- 住宿前7日-9日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退回50%訂金。
- 住宿前4日-6日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退回40%訂金。
- 住宿前2日-3日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後可退回30%訂金。
- 住宿前1日取消訂房，扣除金流手續費NT$100後退回20%訂金。
- Please call us to enquire the rate for your required reservation dates.
- Deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Check in time 15:00 to 18:00. Please inform us beforehand should you need to arrive after 18:00, and we will hold your reservation for you.
- Check out by 11:00 the following day.
- Please provide identification for registration purpose during check in and pay any outstanding fees.
- We do not impose any service charge on you so please forgive us that we do not provide 24hrs service.
- Strictly no smoking indoor (including balcony, toilet) and no pets allowed.
- As there are no child protection facilities provided, we do not receive children below 12 years for their safety.
- To be environmental friendly, we do not provide disposable toothbrush/paste. Body wash and shampoo are provided.
- Please check in according to the number of people you have booked with us and inform us if there will be additional person.
